"Dr. Art Quintanilla and his exceptional staff are truly the best! His work is unparalleled!(and I've been to other med spa's in NYC, Beverly Hills, and the South Bay, etc.) Dr. Art Quintanilla thoughtfully takes his time, even sometimes consulting his staff, to ensure I receive the most gorgeous and natural possible enhancement. I have been visiting Desert Medical Rejuvination for years, and it is hands-down my favorite appointment as the office has come to feel like family. Particularly Missy, who is an incredible person and one of the first to greet you when you walk in. I find myself looking forward to seeing her and catching up. I also could not find a sitter for my baby one time, and she cheerfully took my baby to the front desk to watch her while I received my post-partum Botox! Also, they do not accept tips here for their services because it’s a medical office. They are very thorough and I can’t say I’ve been more pleased with the results of my Botox. The Dr is extremely precise and experienced. His placement is superb. He really knows what he’s doing. I haven’t tried their other services but I hope to in the future. I had never had Botox or Fillers before and wanted to try them but I was afraid. I didn’t want to risk getting too much or having bad work done. We all know who ends up paying for that expensive real estate and those big, beautiful offices. 2) The staff is always accommodating and friendly, no matter who you are, NEVER any superiority complexes or attitudes here.3) Prices are competitive, way better than most. And never any pressure to upsell. BUT, if you want other treatments, they have them.4) Lastly, and most importantly, Dr Quintanilla does the injections himself. This is important! "I have been a patient of Dr. Art Quintanilla’s for several years. My treatments have included Botox, Juvéderm, lip fillers, and facials to name a few. It is always a pleasure to see Dr Art and his amazing staff, especially Missy. On the phone Missy is most accommodating when scheduling my appointments. In the office, without exception, I always receive a warm and friendly welcome from her, and an offer of "can I get you something to drink"? Dr. Art is incredible and has a keen eye and magical hands. He checks and double checks himself, and you never feel rushed by him or his assistants. I have experienced only positive outcomes from their expertise and exemplary skills, and I know that I will be comfortable and well cared for. Also, depending on the procedure, that I’ll be given clear instructions for home care and optimal healing, as well as ice, arnica, or antibiotic ointment to minimize bruising and eliminate infection. The office is lovely, and immaculately clean and neat. I am looking forward to my next appointment for skin resurfacing due to sun damage. There isn’t a medical procedure I wouldn’t trust Dr. Art and his staff to perform."

"I found Dr. Q via an offer for Botox online and I had just been considering that it was time to do something about the signs of aging on my face. I decided to try this office after calling a few different doctors with questions and I was impressed with the friendliness and willingness of his staff to answer my questions and to quell my concerns. They were awesome! I made an appointment on that call and stopped searching. My first appointment went so wonderfully! I started with 40 units of Botox and was so impressed with Dr. Q. He explained everything as he injected me and seemed to know exactly what I needed to give me a fresh and natural look and that is exactly what I got. I get so many compliments on looking young and I loved the results. These small changes boosted my confidence immensely and look so natural. Today was my fifth appointment. I have since added a filler to the process and I swear, it looks like I’ve had a face lift without surgery. The techniques used have completely erased the effects of gravity and I look VERY natural. The staff all know me by name, call to check on me and I’m so comfortable coming here. "Updated 10/5/22. I have been a patient of Dr. Quintanilla for several years and have left several stellar reviews about his work and the professionalism of his staff. I recently had micro-needling, Pixel 8, and Erbium laser. I feel there are so many cosmetic procedures on the market that it is hard to pick and choose what is best for yourself. Dr. Quintanilla is an expert- in my opinion - in choosing what is best for you. He is conservative -yet the results are beautifully noticeable. For the many years I have been a patient, I have received so many compliments on my skin- so many questions about what I do and where I go for treatment. By adding newer treatments such as micro-needling, I have noticed such a difference in my wrinkles-pigmentation, and overall appearance of my skin. My skin is now ‘plump’ and younger looking- the additional service is so worth it! It is very easy to make an appt with the office. Dr. Quintanilla explains every detail. I never feel pressured to do anything additional- in fact , Dr. has even told me ‘no’ if I get too excited about services. This is how a patient knows they have met the right Dr. and staff. It did not hurt and I had down time of maybe a day- I have sensitive skin and was cautious not to go out into the sun. As a testimony- I recently saw a business colleague that had not seen me since COVID~ and he asked what I had been doing to my skin commenting that I looked so much younger! "All I have to say is that I've been to many places from celebrity doctors to well known doctors, but Dr Quintanilla is the Best. He has magic hands, I had no bruising what so ever. I get bruising from other doctors. He's legit!! I'm so happy my Botox came out perfect and I couldn't be more thankful. Ty ty ty!! P.S the bad reviews are probably from fake robots"
